In order to service the needs of all our customers, we have developed policies covering Privacy, Delivery and Refunds. In order to undertake business transactions with us, we ask that you read and adhere to these policies. Please click on the links provided below to read:

 

Delivery Policy

All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of shipping cost. All transactions are processed in AUD.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Wine Preserva is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a backorder or a full refund. We only deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, all dates specified are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Wine Preserva if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

 

Refund Policy

If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our PO Box in its original undamaged condition. PO Box 333, South Melbourne, Vic 3205.

Promotions and Competitions: Other Terms and Conditions not listed herein and applying to Wine Preserva promotions and competitions are incorporated into these terms and conditions. Unless expressly stated, to the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are not incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions will be in addition to the terms & conditions herein. To the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are incompatible with the Terms and conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions (including any subsequent amendments), you must immediately discontinue using this website.

When does Wine Preserva disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
Wine Preserva does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Wine Preserva may release customer information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Wine Preserva, our users, or others.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill our order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.

How does Wine Preserva protect customer information?
When you place orders we use a secure server and all credit card transactions are secured using 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.

What about Cookies?
